Moments Made Clear ("we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of our clients and the sensitive nature of the memories entrusted to us. Unlike high-volume automated services, we view every photo as a personal story. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.
2. Information We Collect
Personal Information: Name, email address, and billing information necessary to process invoices.
Visual Data: The high-resolution digital scans you upload for restoration.
Contextual Data: The stories, notes, and instructions you provide to guide our "Human Touch" restoration process.
3. Ownership and Use of Your Images
You Retain Copyright: You (or your client, if you are a Photo Manager) retain full copyright and ownership of all images submitted.
Limited License: You grant us a temporary, non-exclusive license to edit, retouch, and manipulate the image solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
No Marketing Without Permission: Unlike other providers, we will never publish, share, or use your "Before and After" images on our website, social media, or advertising without your explicit, written consent after the project is complete.
4. Data Retention & Security
Storage: Your images are stored on encrypted, secure servers.
Retention Period: We retain your restored files for six (6) months after delivery to allow for re-downloads or loss prevention. After this period, files may be permanently deleted to ensure your privacy. We recommend you download and back up your files immediately.
Access: Access to your photos is strictly limited to the artists working on your specific project.
5. Third-Party Sharing We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information or photos to others. We use trusted third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe/PayPal) who adhere to strict security standards.
